Andrew Hysell

Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in advocacy, fundraising and campaign management. His experience includes serving as the Associate Vice President for Policy and Advocacy for Save the Children’s U.S. Programs. In this role he oversaw public and private fundraising in excess of $15 million annually and served as the lead for policy change on issue impacting children in rural America. As the Director for the Campaign for Healthy Kids, Andrew directed thirty-three state level policy change campaigns and a national effort to engage local faith community partners to participate in summer feeding, afterschool supper, and childcare nutrition programs. In addition to work in advocacy, Andrew has served in policy positions for the Connecticut and Wisconsin legislatures and worked for Maine’s Congressman Tom Allen. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College. In 2003, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University School of Law.
